The property is beautiful and the view from the deck is amazing.

We have stayed at many rentals and have never left a negative review, but unfortunately this experience warrants one.We paid a 375 cleaning fee and still went out of our way to leave the cabin in excellent condition. We washed all the towels, cleaned up after ourselves, and treated the property with care. After checkout, the hosts requested another 100 for some dog hair and a pee pad that was IN THE TRASH. We had already taken out the previous trash and didn’t want to waste another plastic bag for one or two items. The photos they sent to justify an additional 100 were honestly unbelievable considering the cleaning fee we had already paid.What makes this worse is that we let several issues slide. The dishwasher leaked, and the upstairs thermostat didn’t work, making the upstairs game area so hot that it was uncomfortable to even play pool. There were also clusters of human hair under the couch. The hot tub was dingy, and the “heated” pool was cold with so much chlorine it burned our eyes. The pool alarm was painfully loud, and the instructions did not properly disengage it, so we eventually stopped using the pool altogether. There were also excessive rules, warnings, and precautions throughout the property. Combined with this additional charge, we left feeling less like guests and more like opportunities for extra fees.We would not stay here again.

Absolutely amazing home for our family. The host was a great communicator and we are already looking forward to the next time we come to Gatlinburg to stay here again. Thank you for hosting our family!
